Course Description

This program is designed for individuals who influence, direct, or lead others. Five core courses, along with three electives are designed to help you discover your leadership potential, to provide tools to help you positively influence people in the workplace, and to develop the knowledge necessary for the future.

This program is the first step to obtaining a Leadership Certificate, which qualifies employees for specific entry-level supervisory positions. Employees interested in the program but not the certificate are welcome to attend.
