A witness followed an erratic driver from w/b Hwy 12 to 7600 Carrington Dr.. The driver had left the vehicle and went inside a building before the responding officer could contact him. Officers were able to search the area in the building where they thought the driver was, but he wasn't located. A short time later an officer was checking a nearby business to see if they knew the driver when citizens told the officer somebody was trying to hide from him in the parking lot. This turned out to be the driver, later id'd as Priscillano Jimenez, who was contacted and eventually arrested for OMVWI. Jimenez gave officers a different name, which was discovered when he was being processed at the Dane County Jail. It was his 5th Offense for OMVWI, along with the other above charges. |
