Ms. Woody-Parks was arrested for a Probation Violation, OMVWI (6th Offense), Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Restricted Control Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle after Revocation.
Details On Wednesday morning, around 8:15 a.m., a Madison Police officer found a 1994 Dodge Caravan partially off the road, and partially up on a grassy terrace area, in the 1100 block of Mendota Street. The driver was attempting to get the van out of the predicament, but the officer saw that the axles appeared to be damaged. The female driver was shaking, and was taken to a local hospital by ambulance. She was later arrested on the tentative charges listed above.
