| Details |
Ware broke into the apartment of the male half armed with a mini baseball bat and attacked the victims. The female resides in the same building with Ware, but was visiting the male victim in a different apartment in the same building. The victims were able to fight Ware off at which time he retreated to his apartment and armed himself with a knife. Officers were able to access Ware's apartment and observed him holding a knife to his head. Ware was subuded by the officer with the use of an electronic control device. |
