Victim Male, age 31, Madison
Victim complained of back pain.
Details On Wednesday afternoon a 31-year old man reported being battered by three acquaintances after confronting them about stealing his prescription drugs: Vicodin and Oxycodone. The victim believes one stole pills during visits him at his residence. He knew the man would likely be hanging out near a bridge on West Wingra Drive, so around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday he ventured that way with hopes of discussing the thefts. He found the man, and discovered he was in the company of two others. His inquires into stolen drugs ended when the three men began punching and kicking him. He had no visible injuries, but did complain of a sore back. Following the assault he discovered his money, ID, and cell phone were no longer in his pocket.
