Mr. Hernandez was arrested for Substantial Battery. He suffered a broken nose, and a cut to his back that required stitches.

Raul Vivas Ceja, age 28, Stoughton
Mr. Vivas Ceja was arrested for Substantial Battery, Obstructing a Peace Officer, and a number of warrants.
Mr. Vivas Ceja suffered head wounds requiring stitches. He also had a broken orbital bone, and a broken nose.
Details Early Thursday morning, Madison Police responded to the La Hacienda restaurant, 515 South Park Street after a fight broke out between two parties. Mr. Raul Vivas Ceja, age 28, Stoughton said four men at a nearby table had been making insulting comments toward his two female dining companions. This led to a fistfight between Mr. Vivas Ceja and one of the four men: Mr. Carlos J. Hernandez, age 28, Madison. During the melee Mr. Vivas Ceja asserts that a couple of Mr. Hernandez’ friends also battled with him. Those men left by the time police arrived. Both Mr. Vivas Ceja and Mr. Hernandez were arrested for Substantial Battery.
