Investigators have learned that a disturbances started inside the bar, then moved outside. Witnesses indicate 25 to 30 people were fighting in an alley next to the tavern. A 27-year old Janesville man was cut with some sort of sharp edged instrument. He was taken to a hospital, and - following surgery - is in stable condition. A 28-year old man from Philadelphia was also injured. He was treated and released for a head cut. Madison Police are looking for witnesses to the violence. (ORIGINAL RELEASE)
On Sunday morning at approx. 2:42 am, Madison Police responded to a disturbance in the parking lot of Azzalino's at 416 S. Park St.
Two males sustained injuries as a result of the disturbance.
Currently, detectives are working on locating and interviewing witnesses. Investigation is ongoing.
