Early Sunday morning, a Madison Streets Department employee was helping cleanup in the aftermath of Freakfest when he heard the sound of breaking glass. He looked and saw a man withdrawing his hand from a broken 3" X 6" window at the Himal Chuli restaurant, 318 State Street. Police were called, and the witness pointed to the suspect, who was walking with a woman dressed as Fred Flintstone costume. The suspect, a 27-year old Milwaukee man, -had a cut on his hand and was arrested. |
