On Tuesday morning, at 12:45 a.m., a 21-year old Madison man called for police after being robbed at knifepoint. The victim said he was walking in the 700 block of Northport Drive when a man approached asking for change for a $5 bill. The victim pulled some money from his pocket, and then saw the robber had a knife in his hand. He told the victim to, "Give it up," and the victim gave the man his money. The thug was last seen running near the intersection of Northport Drive and Kennedy Road. A police dog tracked the robber's scent to a nearby apartment complex, but no suspect was found. |
