On Monday afternoon, a Madison man returned to his home in the 40 block of North Mills Street shortly after 3:30 p.m., and discovered a burglar was inside his residence. The thief (see description above) ran out a patio door as the victim entered. He had stolen a couple of laptop computers, and had gained entry by kicking in a door. |
