Burciaga-Serrano was driving on Watts Rd. looses control of his vehicle and colliding with a tree and a fire hydrant. The vehicle rolls and driver is pinned inside with unknown injuries. Fire has to extricate the driver. Driver is taken to UW hospital. Ultimately, the driver is arrested for OMVWI-causing injury. |
