A 21-year old Madison woman had stopped to stretch during a run Sunday morning when a stranger tackled her. The victim said it was about 8:30 a.m., and she was on the bike path beneath the overpass where Allen Street becomes Edgewood Avenue. She says the man said nothing, but did flash his teeth and hiss, as he attempted to hold her on the ground. She fought back and was able to run away. |
