It is our job to facilitate innovative and creative technological solutions for the purpose of enabling our workforce to perform their jobs more efficiently and timely, and allowing our citizens to have greater access to Madison City services and information.

We also oversee the City of Madison Website, Online Payments, and the City's Government Access TV Station, Madison City Channel 12.
