MISSION:  The Committee shall adopt reasonable
          criteria for suspending or revoking
          licenses granted under Section 30.01,
          Madison General Ordinances, and shall
          adopt procedures for investigations and
          hearings.  The Director of the Inspec-
          tion Unit of the Department of Planning
          and Development shall keep a record of
          all of the committee's proceedings.
