MISSION: Carry out a cooperative, continuous and
comprehensive planning process for mak-
ing transp investment decisions in the
metropolitan area with program oversight
from the Fed Hwy Admin, Fed Transit Adm
and WI DOT; prepare/maintain long-range
multi-modal transp plan; prepare/imple-
ment annual work program; prepare a
transp improvement program to provide
for transp investments to meet metro-
politan transportation needs; establish
operating rules and procedures; other
duties as required to comply with State
and Federal regulations.
