501800 INCLUSIONARY ZONING ADVISORY OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

MISSION: The IZ Committee will be advisory to the
Plan Commission to evaluate/improve the
IZ program. The committee shall: a)
evaluate Housing Needs study & recommend
changes to the IZ program as a result of
such study & identify any addl for info
needed to further evaluate IZ program;
b) evaluate "Gap Analysis" & waiver
methodologies/make recommendations to
staff and Plan Comm regarding such; c)
evaluate/make recommendations to Plan
Comm and Council to revise policy and
proc manual; d) make recommendations to
staff & Council re marketing the IZ Pro-
gram; e) seek public input and make
recommendations for further changes and
regularly report findings to the Plan
Comm for review; f) report annually in
July to the Council on issues related to
implementaion of the IZ program.
