In the five years since the attack on the Sikh Temple in Oak Creek, where a White Supremacist gunman killed six innocent people and wounded others, there have been lots of positive changes. The founder of the hate group and a victim's son have joined together to help promote the United Against Hate movement.
On Sunday, December 10th from 1:30-4:30 the Monona Terrace, will host a free and open to the public gathering to help encourage peace and unity. I will be there to give the welcoming remarks and hope that you and your family are able to join us. I am so pleased that our local group, We Are Many: United Against Hate has worked to develop this compelling and important event.
