As some of you may know, the City of Madison has been working with the Central Business Improvement District and Downtown Madison Inc. to provide activities and programs at Philosophers' Grove and 30 on the Square that all Madison residents can enjoy. It is a great partnership and the hope is to encourage more family and visitor friendly activities in these areas.
The Bicycling Resource Fair kicked off the fun this week. City of Madison Traffic Engineering, Madison Parks, Madison Bike Fed, Madison B-Cycle, and Budget Bicycle Center came out with tents lining Philosophers' Grove. The event offered an opportunity for Madisonians to come out and enjoy the weather while registering their bikes, picking up a bike path map, getting free bike repairs, and more!
Check out some photos from the Bicycling Resource Fair and be sure to come out for other upcoming Top of State events including the MadCity Bazaar on June 4th from noon to 7 pm at Philosophers' Grove and 30 on the Square!
