Gleam-Art in a New Light at Olbrich Gardens

October 9, 2015 10:31 AM

The photos don't to it justice, but if you have a chance between now and the end of October please take an evening to head over to Olbrich Gardens and check out Gleam, Art in a New Light.

Gleam exhibit

This cutting edge exhibition features site- specific art installations in the outdoor gardens and gives you a totally different view of one of Madison's beautiful gardens.

The creativity of the artists who feature light as a major component in each installation is remarkable.  You will stare in wonder and marvel at the magic of illumination.

Gleam exhibit

The exhibit opened in late August, and runs through October 30 on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and of course is best viewed at night from 7:30-10:30.  There is an admission fee, but it's well worth it.
