Please join Green Madison Thursday, February 25th from 6-8pm at the Central Library as they provide the opportunity for owners and property managers to network and learn more about how your buildings can save money and become more comfortable for your tenants.
There will be a representative from the Community Development Department there to speak and answer questions about the changes that were approved to the Rental Rehabilitation Loan program that should make it easier for you to access financing for energy efficiency.
Project Home will talk about their weatherization program and Focus on Energy will discuss their rebate program, including changes for 2016. Also, MG&E will be available to answer questions and provide information on all the potential services for multifamily buildings.
If you are interested in learning more or signing up for the event please visit http://evite.me/pTjpDvTpmU. Or feel free to reach out to Megan Harris via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 608.572.1211.
Not a landlord? Green Madison also makes it easier for Madison homeowners to access energy efficiency upgrades and rebates. Homeowners can sign up to receive a free or reduced price audit of their home by hosting or attending a house party. Find more information and ways to get involved at http://greenmadison.org/.
