Calling Maker Faire Volunteers

April 5, 2016 3:43 PM

Madison's first ever Maker Faire is coming to the Monona Terrace on Saturday, May 14th, 2016! If you are not familiar, the Maker Faire brings together "makers" of all kinds, including tech enthusiasts, scientists, crafters, or inventors, for an exciting showcase! The event begins at 10 am and ends at 5 pm. Cost of admission is $10. This is a great event to bring the community together and celebrate our local creativity and innovative spirit.

In order to make Madison's first Maker Faire a success, the Monona Terrace is calling for volunteers. Volunteer duties will include providing information to visitors and exhibitors and helping to control crowd flow. Volunteer shifts are available in the morning and the afternoon and all volunteers will receive free all-day admission!
