If you find
yourself in a fast food restaurant more often than you'd
like, this month's tip is for you!
Don't limit
yourself to what you see on the menu. The restaurant
industry is increasingly aware of consumers' health
concerns, and most chains offer ingredient substitutions
or alternative preparation, like baking fish instead of
deep frying. Almost all chains now have nutrition
information available on the web. If you need help
finding the nutrition information for your favorite
restaurant, please let Fit
City know.
We are happy to help you make healthy
choices!

Do you need
help figuring out where to walk in your neighborhood? Do
you have trouble figuring out how many miles you've
jogged? Try
this cool tool powered by Google that lets you click on a
map and track your mileage exactly. Click here,
then get walking, running or biking!

We continue to provide local
programming in your neighborhood, quarterly fitness events
with the Mayor, and collaborate with local organizations on
