MISSION
See the bylaws for the South Madison Health and Family Center, Inc. "The full, complete Board of Directors of the Corporation shall be equal to the sum of: the product of the number of Members multiplied by two (2), minus one (1); provided, however, that in no event shall the Board of Directors consist of more than seventeen(17) directors. There shall be four (4) classes of directors: i) Agency-Appointed Directors; ii) NonVoting Ex-Officio Agency-Appointed Director, who shall be the Director of Madison-Dane County Health Department or his or her designee, and appointed by the Mayor of the City of Madison; iii) At-Large Directors; and iv) one (1) Mayoral Appointee, who shall be a City of Madison alderperson and appointed by the Mayor of the City of Madison."
