MISSION
The Disabled Parking Enforcement Assistance Council is authorized for the purpose of reporting certain disabled parking violations and misuse of disabled parking privileges. Each member of the EAC shall be trained by the Chief of Police or designee. The EAC shall consist of a maximum of 30 members and 5 alternates, all of whom shall be residents of the city and shall serve on a volunteer basis for a 3-year term.
