Thank you for visiting the City's Committee Information Center. You can find a listing of the City of Madison boards, commissions and committees, their mission, meeting information, and membership rosters. You can check on current position vacancies and the qualifications necessary to each position.

The application process is easy. Complete the committee application (MS Word) and Statement of Interests forms and submit them to the Mayor's Office, or call the Mayor's Office to request the forms.

Note: Nominees for appointment to a city board, commission or committee must file a "Statement of Interests" form with the City Clerk's Office prior to his/her name being submitted to the Common Council.

Once you've submitted your completed application, it will remain on file in the Mayor's Office and, as vacancies occur in your areas of interest, your application will be reviewed.
