MISSION
The Council shall give advice and recommendations on the location of those spaces reserved for use by a motor vehicle used by a physically disabled person that are subject to any time limitations imposed pursuant to Sec. 346.50(3m)(b). Wis.Stats. The council may authorize specific persons to place on a vehicle education material relating solely to the parking privileges of the physically disabled if that person(s) has a good faith belief that the vehicle is violating state or local law on parking for motor vehicles used by the physically disabled. The council may also hear and investigate matters concerning the quality and availability of parking within the city for persons with disabilities and shall report its findings/recommendations to the Council.
