MISSION
Work with and guide the Department of Planning and Development and City Engineering in the project implementation activities detailed in the resolution and shall be the lead committee in making recommendations to the Common Council on: final const. plans and specifications for Phase I, the plans and specifications for the bus passenger shelters, the financing plan, and the final construction plans and specifications for the test area.
