  Hosts Helen Aarli and Christine Beatty welcome Sarah Schutt Director of Senior Learning, UW-Madison to talk about Senior Lifelong Learning Opportunities then they are joined by Cheryl Batterman Executive Director, North/Eastside Senior Coalition and Cindy McGlynn, Director, Stoughton Area Senior Center who talk about National Senior Center Accreditation.

• “Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC)”
  Hosts Helen Aarli and Christine Beatty welcome UW Professor Michael Hunt and Linda Lane, Meriter Terraces, to discuss the concept of NORCs and what it means to be and live in a naturally occurring retirement community. What creates a safe and comfortable individual living environment for us as we age. And how about continuing care retirement communities? Then Professor Michael Hunt returns and is joined by his project leading student Erin
  Hamilton to discuss Oakwood West Main Street Concept and Senior Centers and how they fit into this
  model.

• "Way of the Warrior and the Native American Community."
  Hosts Helen Aarli and Christine Beatty welcome filmmaker, Patty Loew who talks about her film "Way of the Warrior." This film explores Loew's forefathers and their roles in wars in this country. Next, Patty Loew's mother Alice Loew, joins the discussion as mother and daughter talk about the elders roles in Native American Culture and their strong mother/daughter relationship they have.

  Join host Helen Aarli and Christine Beatty as they talk about New Caregiving Options with Katie Brietzman, Volunteer Caregiver Partnership Coordinator, South Madison Coalition of the Elderly and Tammy Haverberg, Adult Day Center Manager, East Madison/Monona Coalition of Aging. Next, they chat with Nikki Plaut, 80 year old yoga teacher.
