CITY OF MADISON - EMPLOYEE PASS


The City of Madison is proud to offer ALL its employees an Unlimited Ride Pass program for Metro Transit fixed-route and ADA paratransit service!

Here's how the program works:

FREE unlimited rides on Metro Transit - the City of Madison covers the cost of the program.

  •

Pass available in City Treasurer's office, located in Room 101 of the City-County Building, 210 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

City of Madison photo I.D. needed for program enrollment. (Photo I.D.'s are available in the City of Madison Human Resources office.)

  •

Slide your bus pass through the pass reader on top of the farebox when boarding.

Program Notes:

• $10 fee for lost pass replacement

• Pass is valid for one year.

• Passes not valid on special event shuttles such as Badger games, Kohl Center events, etc.

• Do not laminate pass.

• Pass available only to City employees and is not transferable.

Paratransit Benefit:

Pass program fully covers the cost of paratransit rides. If you suffer from a temporary or permanent illness that does not allow you to drive or get to a bus stop, Metro's Paratransit service will pick you up at your doorstop.

Guaranteed Ride Home:

The Guaranteed Ride Home service is available to support participants with taxi vouchers for transportation home if an emergency arises when you are at work. There is a limit of three per year and a maximum value of $35 per ride.
