• Lost & Found items are collected from buses at the end of service each day.

• Items are available for pick-up the beginning of the next business day.

• The Lost and Found office is located at 1245 E. Washington Ave. and open Monday through
  Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. 

• Metro is unable to contact drivers regarding lost items during the course of the day.  However,
  staff does its best to handle emergencies such as lost children, wallets, or other items of
  extreme importance.  

• All Lost & Found items are kept in the Metro Administration Office for two weeks. After that time,
  unclaimed items are donated to St. Vincent DePaul.

DON'T FORGET YOUR BIKE!
Due to storage limitations, lost bikes left on Metro bike racks are stored at the Metro Administration Office for 24 hours.

Unclaimed bikes are then turned over to the Madison Police Lost Bike Division. They can be contacted at 267-8611.
