Appeals must be made in writing and sent to Metro Transit, Attn: Paratransit

Paratransit "No-Show" Policy

If you're going to cancel your Paratransit trip, you need to contact us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled ride to prevent the trip from being considered a "no-show".

This can be done by calling the cancellation line at 267-1107.

Riders will be charged $5 for each no-show. Failure to pay the $5 charge may lead to a suspension of service until payment is made. Excessive no-shows may also result in a suspension of service.

In all cases where service may be suspended, the passenger will be given an opportunity to appeal. If you have questions about the no-show policy, call
