Metro's new farebox equipment will not accept paper Quik Tix or old 31-day passes and 10-ride cards. See range of serial numbers below.

Come to Metro’s Administration Office located on the second floor at 1245 E. Washington Ave. People trading in items at Metro’s Administration Office will receive a FREE Metro gift.

Quik Tix Trade In

Metro Transit drivers will continue to accept Quik Tix, old 10-ride cards, and 31-day passes until Friday, October 31.

 
ITEMS TO EXCHANGE

The following is a complete list of old fare items that need to be exchanged for newer versions.

Adult 31-day pass           Any number less than 216400      
Adult 10-ride card Any number less than 482000
Youth 10-ride card    Any number less than 443000 
Senior/Disabled 31-day pass   Any number less than 36000   
Senior/Disabled 10-ride card Any number larger than     12000
Any paper Quik Tix
