PROGRAM NOTES

  • Valid for calendar year listed on front of pass.
  • $10 fee for lost pass replacement
  • Pass available only to City employees and is not transferable.
  • Do not laminate pass.


PARATRANSIT BENEFIT

Pass program fully covers the cost of paratransit rides. If you suffer from a temporary or permanent illness that does not allow you to drive or get to a bus stop, Metro's Paratransit service will pick you up at your doorstop.


GUARANTEED RIDE HOME

Guaranteed Ride Home service is available to support participants with taxi vouchers for transportation home if an emergency arises when you are at work. There is a limit of six rides per year and a maximum value of $75 per ride.

Real Time Arrival Data Issues
Expected Saturday after 6 PM

Metro's phone app real-time arrival data is expected to have accuracy issues starting at 6 PM tonight.

Phone app data is expected to be back to normal at the start of the day on Sunday.
