Pick Up Your Metro Pass
To receive a pass, employees should check with their individual agency payroll department or bus pass coordinator.

Program Notes
- Valid for calendar year.
- Pass available only to City employees and is not transferable.
Paratransit Benefits
Pass program fully covers the cost of paratransit rides. If you suffer from a temporary or permanent illness that does not allow you to drive or get to a bus stop, Metro's Paratransit service will pick you up at your doorstop.
