Does your neighborhood include a City park or open space that needs a clean-up day? Or a more thorough sprucing up? Or even a new garden added? Parks Division will provide support from garbage bags and simple tips on organizing the undertaking to training in

weeding/mulching/putting in a garden along with the loan of tools from their Franklin Field tool shed. And if the cleanup needed will result in a large amount of trash, they'll even coordinate with the Street Division for free use of lugger bins.
