| Profile, Statistics and Indicators |
|---|
| Neighborhood Description: | The Clarendon Hills Neighborhood is a residential subdivision of approximately 59 single family homes. Two-story, split-level and ranch homes built in the late 1990s makeup this single-family neighborhood. We have easy access to East Washington Avenue (Highway 151) and to Stoughton Road (Highway 51). Dane County International Airport, East Towne Mall, and Madison Area Technical College are a stone throw away. Sandburg Elementary School is located within our neighborhood. Our children have the benefit of walking to primary school. Next to Sandburg School is an extensive public wooded area that brings a lot of fun to our urban explorers. |
| Neighborhood Boundaries: | Back lot lines of Derek Road on the north, Holiday Bluff Park on the east, back lot lines of Green Ridge Court on the south, and Portage Road on the west |
| Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: | The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available. |
