Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: The McClellan Park Neighborhood is located on the East Side of Madison Wisconsin. Our neighborhood includes the Grand View Commons, Covered Bridge, Birchwood Ridge, Rustic Acres, and Jubilee subdivisions. Single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments provide housing options for all ages and income levels. For those that like the principles of traditional neighborhood design, one area of the neighborhood has arts & craft architectural design, front porches, and alleys. McClellan and North Star Parks are the center pieces for the neighborhood. Our active neighborhood sponsored a ceramic tile project at North Star Park: a fun project which residents created a one-of-a kind tile that will become the permanent base for the water fountain.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Milwaukee Street on the north, Sprecher Road on the east, Cottage Grove Road (County BB) on the south, and Interstate I-90 on the west - Includes Grandview Commons, Covered Bridge, Birchwood Ridge, Rustic Acres, and Jubilee
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level.
