Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Our mission is to make living at Hawks Landing Homeowner's Association more enjoyable and fulfilling. Our association consists of approximately 300 homes located along side Hawks Landing Golf Club. Ideally located on Madison's popular west side, Hawks Landing is convenient to schools, shopping, entertainment, many restaurants, and employment centers including the new Epic Campus in Verona. Panoramic views of the golf course and surrounding hillside will leave a lasting impression.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Backlot line of Hill Creek Drive and Eaglewood Drive on the north, County Road M to the east, Midtown Road to the south, and backlot line of Shady Point Drive to the west.
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
