Profile, Statistics and Indicators

Neighborhood Description:	Cherokee Garden Condos, constructed primarily in the 1980s and 1990s, is one of the neighborhoods of choice on the Northside. The garden-type condos are located on 45-acres of heavily landscaped land. This is a tight-knit condominium community full of retirees. Cherokee Gardens is walking distance to Cherokee Marsh.
Neighborhood Boundaries:	Cherokee Golf Course on the north, North Sherman Avenue to the east, Wheeler Road to the south, and Comanche Way to the west
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators:	The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level. Basic neighborhood information as well as housing, public safety, health and family well-being, economic, and transportation indicators by neighborhood is available.
