| Neighborhood Description: | East Bluff Condominiums are managed by the homeowners through the East Bluff Homeowner's Association and its elected Board of Directors. The oldest condominium association in Madison, East Bluff offers the opportunity for home-ownership to people at an affordable cost. The East Bluff community includes people from many ethnic groups, ages, lifestyles and backgrounds. We believe our diversity is one of our strengths and we work to help everyone live together in harmony. |
