Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: Maple Wood Condominiums, located off of North Sherman Avenue on Madison's northside, has approximately 240 units. A shopping center is conveniently located directly across Sherman Avenue: an easy walk to shopping. Residents living at Maple Wood Condos can enjoy walks through the nearby Sheridan Triangle neighborhood. Walking down Steensland, Sheridan, Hooker, and Fremont bring residents from the two neighborhoods together. Maple Bluff Golf Course can be viewed from the back of the property.
Neighborhood Boundaries: Steensland Drive on the north, North Sherman Avenue to the east, M & I Bank to the south, and Chicago & Northwestern Railroad to the west.
Neighborhood Statistics Indicators: The Neighborhood Indicators Project is a demonstration of key characteristics and various indicators that relate to the quality of life in Madison at the neighborhood level.
