Profile, Statistics and Indicators
Neighborhood Description: The Marbella Condominium community is located on Madison's west side. Situated on West Mineral Point Road, residents have easy access to Memorial High School (1-mile), West Towne Mall (1-mile), West Beltline Highway (1.6-miles). Marbella Condos is conveniently located on the bus line. Residents living in the Marbella Community have access to a clubhouse featuring an exercise room, game area, party room, swimming pool, and tennis courts. In addition, Mineral Point and Nautilus Point city-owned parks are just steps away the multifamily living area.
