| Neighborhood Description: | Oakbridge Condominium Association is a 60-unit complex located on the Far West side of Madison. The contemporary designed condominium units were constructed in the early 1980s. Tennis courts, swimming pool, and greenspace are part of the complex. Convenience to shopping, entertainment, health and child care make the neighborhood an excellent choice of residence for all age groups. Haen Family Park, a 4-acre city owned park, is located to the northeast of the neighborhood. Basketball courts, shelter, playground, and soccer fields provide outdoor activities for neighborhood residents. |
