Cross Country Skiing and Skating Update

Outdoor Ice Rinks: The skating rinks at Tenney, Vilas and Elver Parks are open for skating. Skate rentals are also available. The warming shelters will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or will close sooner if the last patrons leave. Cross Country Skiing: The west trails at Elver Park have been rolled and the crew is setting track later today. The trails at Odana Golf Course have also been rolled and the crew will attempt to set track there. Conditions are only fair because it is hard to pack the dry snow. The Elver shelter will be open 2:00 to 9:30 p.m. or will close sooner if the last patrons leave. Ski rentals are also available. The Odana shelter is not open during the week.
