Find out how to communicate with family, friends and health care professionals and how to deal with emotions such anger and depression. Problem solving skills and goal setting will also be discussed. Specially trained volunteer leaders invite any adult that lives with a chronic condition to attend. Put life back into your life! This is a free program with an optional textbook purchase of $20. Healthy snacks will be provided. Register by Wednesday, April 6 by calling the Senior Center at 266-6581.
