October 15, 2013
From 7:00 AM on Thursday, October 17th, through Friday afternoon, October 18th, 2013, Stevens Construction Corporation and their sub-contractors will be setting up equipment to erect a tower crane. This will require closing through-traffic on the 300 block of N. Frances Street between West Johnson Street and University Avenue.
Access on Frances Street to the Fluno Center parking ramp from the north, and to UW Parking Ramp 43 from the south, will remain open. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on the west side of the street.
Pedestrian access to all business will remain open at all times during this street closure.
Madison Metro bus routes are unaffected by this closure. Motorists and bicyclists are encouraged to use different routes to avoid delays.
