Welcome

The Department of Planning & Community & Economic Development is working with the Northport-Warner Park-Sherman Neighborhood Steering Committee and interested residents, businesses and stakeholders to develop a 5-10 year plan for the northside area. The Planning process began in January 2008 and is scheduled for completion in March 2009.

The planning area includes the well-established neighborhood areas of Berkely Oaks, East Bluff, Kennedy Heights, Lakeview Hill, Mendota Hills, Vera Court and Whitetail Ridge, Sherman, Brentwood Village, Sheridan Triangle and Maple Wood. The Northport -Warner Park-Sherman Neighborhood Planning Area is bounded by Wheeler Road & Harvey Road on the north, Packers Avenue on the east, Commercial Avenue on the South and Lake Mendota/Woodward Drive on the west.

Please review the Steering Committee's Top 6 Issues Questionnaire and provide your input on how the northside can strategize to make the community an even better place to live, work and do business.
