Proposed Amendments

A two-track review process and schedule has been established for reviewing potential amendments to the Comprehensive Plan maps. To facilitate access to the material, the Track 1 and Track 2 proposed amendments and comments on the proposed amendments are presented separately on this website.

Please use the drop-down menus under the Proposed Amendments and Comments buttons at the top of the page to jump to the information related to each track. Or click on the following links:

Track 1 - Potential map amendments that either correct errors or omissions in the adopted plan, or were recommended in other City plans adopted or amended since January 2006.

Track 2 - Potential map amendments requested by prospective developers or others to accommodate a specific potential development or future land use that would not be consistent with the current Comprehensive Plan.
