1 The listing includes a location map, a description of the proposed change, and the source of the amendment recommendation and/or the stated reason for the proposed change.
2 Neighborhoods will be notified of proposed amendments in their area, but meetings generally are not expected to be needed since these proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments reflect neighborhood plan recommendations. Meetings can be scheduled if requested, however.
3 This could potentially include proposals for additional amendments.
4 Notices for the public hearing are sent at least 30 days before the hearing to the usual neighborhood and community groups and organizations, as well as to adjacent municipalities, with copies to the District Alder.
5 The listing includes a location map, a description of the proposed change, and the source of the amendment request and/or the stated reason for the proposed change.
6 Neighborhood meetings are likely when a corresponding amendment to an adopted neighborhood plan must be considered in addition to a Comprehensive Plan amendment.
7 This could potentially include proposals for additional amendments.
8 Neighborhood plan amendments could be considered before or concurrently with the Comprehensive Plan amendments.
