The University Research Park has proposed an amendment to the Mid-Town Neighborhood Development Plan that would modify the land use and transportation recommendations for approximately 100 acres located at the southwest corner of Valley View Road and South Pleasant View Road (CTH M). The University Research Park would like to develop this property with employment uses as a part of the planned University Research Park Phase 2.
Amendment Area
The amendment area includes 75 acres along South Pleasant View Road and a 25-acre wooded area that is surrounded on three sides by the Hawk's Landing Golf Course.
